DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION   POLICIES

Hours: Monday-Friday

8:00 am - 2:30pm

Later hours and weekend deliveries may be arranged for an additional charge. 

Delivery Date

Design Studio will provide you with an estimated delivery date based on our manufacturers production and shipping time frames. We will do our best to deliver your merchandise in a timely fashion; however, exact dates cannot be given. Please remember the European imports take a minimum of 3 months to arrive from overseas to our warehouse.

Scheduling:

·         Once your merchandise has been received and inspected, our warehouse will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time. ·         Certain bedroom, dining room, and wall units require extra time for proper installation.

Payment

·         All orders must be PAID IN FULL prior to delivery and installation.·         Personal checks must clear prior to delivery.

Preparation For Delivery

·         We kindly ask that the area where your new furniture will be placed is clear of all other furniture.  Media and Wall Units:

·         Please have all power and cable cords available for your installation.·         We will not be responsible for the installation of your audio/visual components.

Signature of Acceptance

·         Carefully inspect all of your new items. ·         After you have inspected the merchandise, we ask for a signature of acceptance.·         If you feel that your items are not in acceptable condition, you may refuse the merchandise. Our service department will contact you to resolve the issue.

You have 5 days to report any cosmetic damage.
