Returns
	Stock items may be returned within 2 weeks of your delivery date. Restocking fees may apply.
	All special order items may not be returned.
	A Design Studio credit may be issued in some situations at our discretion.

Order Cancellations
	Once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.
	In the instance that you feel you have made a mistake on your order, or if you decide against the merchandise, call our showroom as soon as possible.
	We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
	Orders that have already gone into production may not be canceled or changed.
	European furniture can take months to arrive. We are honest in our estimation of delivery time.
	Unforeseen delays due to the manufacturers’ production may occur.
	In this situation, should we will do our very best to accommodate you, however, orders may not be canceled and deposits will not be refunded.

Warranty Policies
	Design Studio merchandise is covered against manufacturer defects up to one year from your merchandise delivery date.
	Floor samples and clearance items are not covered.

The following are NOT classified as manufacturing defects:
	Normal stretching and/or softening of cushions pursuant to use.
	Normal wear in coverings or finishes.
	Light induced discoloration.
	Natural Materials such as leather, stone, marble, and wood are one-of a kind.
	Natural markings and variations in color tones and patterns are not considered defective and will not be covered.
