Warranty Policies

  • Design Studio Furniture merchandise is covered against manufacturer defects up to one year from your delivery date.   • We will address service issues in a timely manner, however, if a part needs to be ordered from a manufacturer overseas, there may be a delay. Rest assured, all qualified service issues will be resolved at no expense to you.
  • Floor Samples, "Design Outlet," and clearance items are not covered. We will do our best to give you suggestions. Please contact our service manager to discuss any service issues.
The Following are NOT classified as manufacturer defects:
  • Normal stretching and/or softening of cushions pursuant to use.
  • Normal wear in coverings or finishes.
  • Light induced discoloration.
Please keep in mind that natural materials such as leather, stone, marble, and wood are created in our natural environment and are one-of-a-kind. Natural markings, veining, and variations in color tones and patterns, are NOT considered defective and will not be covered.
